In general: This hotel, while a little tired, has exceptional staff, the quality and genuine approach to making their guests stay as comfortable as possible is evident in every contact we made. I loved that your daily cleaners were the same people for most of our month long stay. Manikanta and Anoop were consistently great and very friendly. They are both staff who work to a very high standard and I thank them for their care and service! Location and surroundings: Excellent position to access Deira City Centre and the rail station. Service: As above, your staff are definitely the main reason I would return. They knew their guests and their service was impeccable. The next time I stay I would request that I stay on their floor again, as I felt safe and very looked after. Dining: Good. Room: The kitchen could so with a make over but definitely suited our purposes.

The hotel was located near a metro and accrooss the road from the City Centre Mall. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. The rooms were clean and well equiped.

The furneture needs to be renew.

The apartments were big enough and you have much space, you feel like you’re at home, very nice environment and room service. It’s an A+++ hotel go for it

The hotel was located near a metro and accrooss the road from the City Centre Mall. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. The rooms were clean and well equiped. The decor was a little dated but it left us with a retro feel. Overall it was a well managed hotel in a good location for the right price.

We did not like the swimming pool being right next to the restaurant. So overlooked by those using the restaurant. There should be blinds in the restaurant so that people using the pool do not feel perved on.

The apartment was very spacious. The airport transfers and free Internet were a bonus. Very close to Metro and shopping centre.

Shower stall was not very clean. Checking out was a problem due to a technical glitch,and handled badly by staff.

There was an excellent family atmosphere,also the luxury of a hotel with the size of an apartment.The staff was very polite and helpful,also the smell in the halls were very fresh.

The kitchen was very nice except for absence of a fan,because some people prefer to cook on holiday that includes fried fish.I had to call management to complain of the smell,other than that everything was in order.

We stayed at flora park for three nights. It was an excellent hotel, very hospitable. Very good for muslims as this hotel does not provide alcohol or have a bar. Me and my family had an excellent stay. The staff were great. Overall great great great.

Free pick up and drop off at airport was really good, breakfast buffet had good variety

The speakers for the TV-DVD should be adjusted. The water pressure of the shower can be a little higher.
